5ft pallet dolly

The pallet trailer is designed for:
– Transport of pallet containers with a maximum weight of 1.6 tons.

For containers of the following types: LD1, LD2, LD3

Capacity:

Maximum load= 1600 Kg at 15 km/h.

Platform:

The turntable platform will be provided with 2 rows of 8 heavy duty zinc plated rollers diameter 70 mm equipped with ball bearings greased and sealed. At the end of the platform, 2 automatics stops with vertical restraint.

Reinforced end rollers thickness 4 mm.

Height from ground to the top of the rollers= 508 mm. 2 laterals guides height 50 mm above the rollers.

Non sliding steel walkway between the two rows of rollers

Tow bar:

Tow bar with a towing eye diameter 52 mm interior.

Secured towing hitch at the rear for towed in a train 4 fully loaded dollies.

Brake:

Shoe brake system on the front wheels activated by lowered (emergency parking brake) position of the tow bar.

Wheels:

Super elastic tyres Front: 2 units 4.00×4 Rear: 2 units 4.00×8

Directional system:

Front: 2 wheels mounted on turntable Rear: 2 wheels mounted on fixed axle.

Treatment:

Hot galvanization/ rollers and mechanical parts are zinc plate Reflectors on the rear hook and towbar.
