UVC

Sterilizers for disinfecting the air flowing into the room with UVC rays.

UVC rays technology has been used for over 40 years to remove pathogens from drinking water, sewage, air, pharmaceuticals and a variety of surfaces. The use of UVC to fight the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and the Polish Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. Thanks to this, it is a reliable, simple and cheap method, especially since it does not require the use of chemicals. The sterilizers can be installed in round or rectangular ventilation ducts and inside air handling units. Sterilizer uses a special low pressure radiator that produces UV rays with two wavelength ranges of 15 and 254 nm, which cause a photochemical reaction that damages the DNA of microorganisms and their disintegration, and a catalytic reaction that reduces unpleasant scent. An additional advantage of using UV radiation is a significant reduction of pollutants deposited in the ventilation ducts. The disinfection process takes place inside the ventilation ducts, which means that the air is cleaned all the time.
